Once an hour the prompt bar unlocks. The first person to submit a prompt that passes screening gets the hour: an AI agent (Claude Code) rebuilds this entire page to match, unattended, and it stays that way until the next unlock.
The agent runs in a throwaway container with no secrets and no network except the model API. It can only write one file. What it writes is screened again before a separate trusted process publishes it. The page you're looking at is served as a static file inside a sandboxed frame; it cannot load anything external or talk to anyone.
Every hour is kept in the archive. If an hour is something that shouldn't be here, hit report: the site reverts to the previous hour and the slot locks until a human looks.
Text prompts only. No accounts. First valid prompt after each unlock wins the hour. A hard daily budget: if it's spent, the site says so instead of going stale.
